Aspects of Chimera- the many-shaped

Awaken your individual aspects so that you may reach a higher function of each.

Like a many-faceted jewel cut by the skilful hand of The Creator. You are the exquisite product of His design, and you contain many aspects.
Disclaimer: I will not overstep my boundaries by trying to convert you to MY beliefs; I will not impose my will on you. Your search for the truth is your own. My goal is merely to encourage it, to give you a gentle nudge out the door. My purpose is to bring you out of your comfort zone.
Aspect of   Fire
(my letter to you)
‘I want my trials, because the pain, the fight, the silence leading up to the storm, where I beat against gale-force winds and an impossible tide, makes me feel alive. Pain is the oil that fuels the fire of my drive for life.’
Fire purifies like no other element can. It changes ore into gold, like an alchemical miracle. You may pass through fire and wild depths until you reach a place of quiet in your soul, a place of solace and peace in your mind…but not before that friction consumes you, the undeniable truth that you were not as strong as you thought you were…as hard as it may be to swallow at the time.
But this…these trials will become the source of your new strength. The sharpness of steel can only truly be tested in the heat of the forge.
‘Have you ever stood very close to a fire? So close that you can feel its heat scorching away the moisture on the surface of your skin, until you are forced to back away from the beating heat. The moment you pull away from the fire, you are cold…and seek its trials once more.’
This will be a true strength, a kinetic force, a drive for things, a force that that pushes every conceivable weakness aside with its devastating but comforting heat.
‘Paradoxical though it may be, only that man is at rest who attains it through conflict. This peace, born of conflict, is not like the deadly hush preceding the tempest, but the serene and pure-aired quiet that follows it.’-anon.
‘Shall I refuse to drink the cup of sorrow which my father has given me to drink?’- jhn18:11
Because it is only after your trials and tests, do you understand, only then can you truly grasp the worth of peace. Fire fills you with a drive  for life, to exist fully… To consume  every second of your time on this earth with an almost desperate hunger- A fire that knows that it is mortal.
 With sincerity
Me :)

Forgive me if I start to sound rational...Its just me trying to give form to my thoughts into sense ...so that you can understand them.-theChimera

Its not the destination that matters, but the journey

Just like it is with insanity,it's not the severity thereof

But how fast you get there-TheChimera

My favourite quotes on madness

(if it makes sense to you too then were two peas in a pod..fresh green ..crunchy peas)

No excellent soul is exempt from a mixture of madness. ~ Aristotle

The great proof of madness is the disproportion of one's designs to one's means. ~ Napoleon Bonaparte

Show me a sane man, and I will cure him for you. ~Carl Jung

Though this be madness, yet there is method in't. ~Polonius, Shakespeare's Hamlet

For a while the reveries provided an outlet for his imagination; they were a satisfactory hint of the unreality of reality, a promise that the rock of the world was founded securly on a fairy's wing. ~The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitxgerald

And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you mad. ~Aldous Huxley

Isn't sanity just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean, all you get is that one trick--rational thinking--but when you're good and crazy, well, the sky's the limit! ~The Tick

The toughest time...in anyone's life...is when you have to kill a loved one just because they're the devil. ~Emo Phillips

We are all agreed that your theory is crazy. The question which divides us is whether it is crazy enough to have a chance of being correct. My own feeling is that it is not crazy enough. ~Niels Bohr

You say 'Sit down, you're rocking the boat!'; I say 'Are you afraid of getting wet?' ~niebert

Another quote on Insanity by-Pirsig 1991

"Insanity on the other hand is an intellectual pattern. It may have biological causes but it has no physical or biological reality. No scientific instrument can be produced in court to show who is insane and who is sane. There's nothing about insanity that conforms to any scientific law of the universe. The scientific laws of the universe are invented by sanity. There's no way by which sanity, using the instruments of its own creation, can measure that which is outside of itself and its creations. Insanity isn't an "object" of observation. It's an alteration of observation itself. There is no such thing as a "disease" of patterns of intellect. There's only heresy. And that's what insanity really is."
